i really am planning to write a new post soon, but i just could not wait to share this new way of exercising! seriously, this looks awesome and so fun!

have you been upside-down lately? doesn't feel like it used to. but i am thinking of checking out the beginners' yoga class at the downtown Y. wanna come? but no trees involved, i think.
